This apartment has a private entrance, quiet, open concept for the kitchen, living room, dining room and hallway. 1 nice size bedroom, spare room for reading or hanging out, large bathroom with tile floors, kitchen has stove, frig, microwave, dishwasher and granite counter tops. There is a bay window in living room, sky light in bathroom, ceiling fans, washer and dryer. Rents is $1,400.00 with water, sewer, trash, lawn care and plowing services included.
